Booking, paying, or staying at NestoStay constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all linked policies.

Guests must be 18+ to book or stay; valid government-issued ID required at check-in.

Rates shown in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Guests agree to follow house rules, alcohol & substance policy, and reasonable instructions from staff.

NestoStay is not liable for loss of valuables, personal injury, or events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

We may end your stay without refund for any breach of policy, illegal activity, or harassment of other guests / staff.

Indian law applies; disputes resolved in courts of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
