What time is check-in and check-out at NestoStay?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request and depends on the room turnover that day.
Where exactly is NestoStay located?
NestoStay is in Shoja village, ~2 km from Jibhi, in the Seraj Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India. The address is Near Bus Stand, next to Firgun, Jibhi, Shoja, Himachal Pradesh 175123. Coordinates: 31.567°N, 77.370°E.
How do I get to NestoStay from Manali, Delhi, or Bhuntar?
From Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali) airport: ~55 km, ~2 hours by taxi via NH-305. From Manali: ~95 km via Aut tunnel + Banjar. From Delhi: overnight bus to Aut (~12 hrs), then taxi/local bus to Shoja (~50 km, ~1.5 hrs).
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included with private rooms. Dorm guests can add breakfast for ₹199/day or order à la carte from our mountain café.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes — free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Within 48 hours, partial refunds apply per the cancellation tiers in our policy. Modifications are subject to availability; contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9270807781 for help.
Do you have parking?
Yes — free on-site parking for all guests. The driveway is paved and SUVs / sedans handle it easily.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, WiFi reaches throughout the property. Speed varies with mountain weather; the café area gets the strongest signal.
Is NestoStay suitable for solo female travellers?
Yes. We have a dedicated 4-bed female-only dorm, 24-hour reception, and a community-first culture. Solo female travellers regularly stay with us.
What activities can I do nearby?
Jalori Pass (6 km), Serolsar Lake trek, Raghupur Fort hike, Tirthan Valley day trip, Great Himalayan National Park (UNESCO site, 30 km), Jibhi Waterfall, Shringa Rishi Temple. We run guided treks, bonfire nights, sunrise yoga, and Himachali cooking classes on-site.
What is the best time of year to visit?
March–June: spring, waterfalls, treks. September–November: post-monsoon, clear Himalayan views. December–February: snow at Shoja and Jalori Pass (pass road may close). Monsoon (July–August) brings landslides; check with us before booking.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, subject to availability. Booking direct via https://nestostay.com/book guarantees the room and the best rate (no OTA markup).
How do payments work?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash. Online booking takes a deposit; the balance is settled at check-in.
